Little Girl's Hairstyles - How to do a twist bun with pull thru ponys 10-15 min

Happy Earth Day! Go out and enjoy the fresh air and clean earth. It just rained here and it's so beautiful outside. I'm thankful for our beautiful earth, and sunshine we are having! Enjoy!

This is a two part hairdo, which means it's a hairdo for either long or short hair. Since the top request I get is "What ideas do you have for short hair?", I am trying to incorporate more of those shorter hair do's in. SO, here we go!
Make a ponytail in the front, about halfway to her crown, and the middle third of her forehead.
Make this a pull thru ponytail.
Make two more ponytails, on either side of the first, and make those pull thru ponytails as well.
Next, part off the rest of the hair to the crown, and comb to the middle for a ponytail.
Twist wet hair as shown, until the whole ponytail is twisted.
Wrap the twist around the elastic holding the ponytail until you've wrapped in the ends of the hair.
Using bobby pins, secure the twist bun by grabbing a section of the bottom twist and pushing towards the center. This is the first of two ways you can secure a twist bun.
For shorter hair, this is where you can stop, and either curl the rest of her hair, round brush it, or what have you.
For longer hair, you can continue on with parting it down the center in the back.
Making two ponytails.
And twisting those into twist buns as well. Here is the second way you can secure your twist buns, which I recommend for any that aren't laying on top of the head. Wrap a clear elastic around bun, trying to stay close to the base, but grabbing enough of the twists so it stays in.
And that's all! You can always do as many of these cute little twist buns as you like. My daughter was done after the first one today. :)
